2008: A Deeper Dimension, Healthy Inside Out Relationship with the Lord!
Do you long to experience a deeper dimension of God's glorious presence? Does your heart cry out in earnest for more of Him?
Moses expressed this kind of longing for more of God's presence when he prayed, "Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, show me now thy way, that I may know thee" (Exodus 33:13).
In requesting of God "that I may know thee," Moses was saying, "I want to know You.
"God, show me Your glory!"

Uttered from the depths of Moses' being, this prayer represents his earnest cry to know God. Moses wasn't merely petitioning God for what He could provide in the way of benefits or blessings. From his innermost being, he was asking for one thing:
to behold God in all His glory and to know Him in a deeper dimension.
And that's exactly what happened. God's glory was revealed, and Moses experienced something so incredible atop Mount Sinai that his appearance shone with God's glory. "And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not [was not aware] that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him" (Exodus 34:29).
The transformation in the physical appearance of Moses was so apparent, and God's glory so visible, that Aaron and the children of Israel are described in the Bible as being afraid to come near Moses!
God, the Bible says, "is no respecter of persons" (Acts 10:34). A revelation of His power and presence is available to all who seek to know Him more intimately and in a deeper dimension.
You can experience a deeper dimension of God's presence during this new year of 2008, if you're willing to pay the price.
The key is prayer and communion with God.
